Physiotherapy Paradise Point – our Physio Josephine, aims to help people who have been affected by injury, illness or disability as well as assisting those who need support managing pain, restoring function and/or minimising dysfunction.

We provide a complete service to support your needs with full assessment & treatment of your current condition as well as offering practical advice and education on your specific concerns and needs.

By using a combination of movement training, manual and exercise therapy, as well as utilising other modalities and techniques we can assist you with reduction of pain and swelling, improve range of movement, and facilitate in muscle re-education and strengthening.

All so you can remain independent for as long as possible and enjoy the particular lifestyle you choose to lead.
